My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although being right beside the elevator on the second floor was a bit noisy at times. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and going above and beyond to assist me. The location was convenient for accessing downtown restaurants, but I was slightly disappointed that the pool and spa hot tub were closed during my visit. The dining experience was satisfying, with a variety of hot and plentiful breakfast options. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
The hotel's rooms looked recently renovated and were very clean, but they had more noise than I'm used to sleeping with and had just a 7-foot ceiling. The rooms were small and very basic. The service was exceptionally cordial and accommodating, with friendly staff, but they missed cleaning our room until we returned from outings. The location was great for those visiting the Xcel Energy Center and within walking distance of the capitol. The dining experience was amazing with many choices, particularly the fantastic breakfast. The facilities were well-kept.
